I have incorporated different aspects of my spiritual practices to give guidance to you. I hope some of it resonates with you.

 

Heres a little background about how i got here.

I trained as a holistic therapist ten years ago and found my love for helping people. I was able to help with mind, body and soul and it inspired me to go onto to becoming a Reiki practitioner.

10 years on and i am now a qualified Reiki master. I love connecting to the energy and being able to see peoples healing journeys.

 

I have also been doing angel card readings for 15 years and have had some great feedback. I love sharing the messages and helping people.

I have attended two 6 week courses with a renowned medium Phillip Kinsella where we learnt about tapping into our mediumship, claircognizance, clairvoyance, and clairsentience.

This was a great experience with like minded people where we could really use and practise our gifts.

On my journey i found that meditation and affirmations really helped, i liked the ones i was using but wanted to tailor them to my own personal needs. I recorded my own affirmations with background music and started doing live meditations over the internet for small groups of people.

I am in the process of recording some to share with you all so keep a look out for the free download.

Alongside my spiritual growth i am also a mum to a lovely 7 year old boy. I love to socialise with my friends and family, and i enjoy exploring new places. Life is an adventure!
