How to use
Once essembled into tea bags, we recommend brewing in boiling water for 5-10 minutes for the best results. Or if your on the go, you can leave the tea bag in a travel mug for 30 minutes plus. This is a great way to enjoy strong flavours and the get the most health benefits. (Tea bags not included).
